Ingredients

  • 1 lb. cabbage, chopped coarsely
  • 4 ribs celery, coarsely chopped
  • 1 large onion, cut in rings
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. paprika

Instructions

  1. Saute cabbage, celery, and onion in oil over low heat for 10 minutes.
  2. Add soy sauce and paprika.
  3. Stir well and serve.
