- Mix together ground beef (and pork if desired), cooked rice, salt, pepper, chopped green pepper, chopped onion, and 1 egg.
- Place a spoonful of the mixture onto steamed cabbage leaves and roll up.
- Arrange the rolls in a baking dish and pour in one can of tomato sauce.
- Bake in a 325°F (160°C) oven for approximately 1 hour.
- Optionally, use spaghetti sauce in place of plain tomato sauce for extra flavor.
