Ingredients

  • 1 large package lime jello
  • 2 Tbsp salad dressing
  • 1 c crushed pineapple with juice
  • 1 c shredded cabbage
  • 1 c chopped celery
  • 1/2 c grated carrots

Instructions

  1. Prepare the lime jello as directed on the box, adding 1/2 cup less water than usual.
  2. Stir in the salad dressing.
  3. Allow the mixture to cool and almost set.
  4. Stir in the crushed pineapple with juice, shredded cabbage, chopped celery, and grated carrots.
  5. Chill until the jello is firm.
