Ingredients

  • 2 lb. fresh or frozen cod fillets
  • 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup minced parsley
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. crushed rosemary
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
  • dash of pepper

Instructions

  1. Thaw cod fillets if frozen.
  2. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  3. Prepare a large baking pan with vegetable oil coating spray.
  4. Sort the cod into six equal serving pieces and place in the prepared pan.
  5. Combine chopped onion, minced parsley, Worcestershire sauce, crushed rosemary, garlic powder, and pepper.
  6. Mix the ingredients well.
  7. Spread the mixture on top of the fish fillets.
  8. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
