Ingredients

  • 33 large marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup strong coffee
  • 1/2 pint whipping cream

Instructions

  1. Melt the marshmallows in a double boiler.
  2. Add the strong coffee to the melted marshmallows and mix well.
  3. Cool the mixture, stirring occasionally.
  4. Fold in whipped cream or Cool Whip until smooth.
  5. Divide the mousse into 6 small glasses.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for about 3 hours before serving.
