Ingredients

  • 1 head cabbage, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • 1 can Cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 to 1 1/2 lb ground meat

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground meat in a large pot and drain excess fat.
  2. Add chopped onion, chopped bell pepper, and chopped cabbage to the pot.
  3. Pour in the can of Ro-Tel tomatoes and the can of Cheddar cheese soup.
  4. Add enough water to cover the ingredients.
  5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 1 1/2 hours.
