Instructions
- Beat eggs, sugar, pumpkin and lemon juice together.
- Mix flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and salt.
- Fold in pumpkin. Pour in greased and floured 15 x 10 x 1-inch pan.
- Top with walnuts.
- Bake 15 minutes at 375°.
- Turn out on towel that is sprinkled with walnuts and powdered sugar.
- Roll cake and towel together.
- Let cool.
- Beat smooth the powdered sugar, cream cheese, butter and vanilla.
- Spread over cake.
- Roll up and chill.
