- Sift together flour, soda, cinnamon and salt.
- Mix together the oil and flour.
- Add half the dry ingredients.
- Mix well.
- Beat in the carrots, apple, pineapple, vanilla and nuts.
- Add the remaining dry ingredients and beat well after each addition.
- Pour batter into a greased and floured Bundt pan.
- Bake at 350° for 60 minutes. Cake can be frosted, but it is good as is.
