Ingredients

  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • 2 lb. beef, cut into pieces
  • 1 Tbsp. hot sauce (Tabasco)
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 2 medium-sized potatoes, quartered
  • 1/3 cup sweet peas

Instructions

  1. Heat oil and brown the minced garlic.
  2. Remove the garlic and sauté the chopped onion and sliced tomatoes.
  3. Add the beef pieces and season with hot sauce, salt, and pepper.
  4. Cook until the meat is almost tender.
  5. Add the quartered potatoes and continue cooking.
  6. When the potatoes are almost cooked, thicken the sauce.
  7. Add the sliced peppers and sweet peas.
  8. Serve hot.
