Ingredients

  • 4 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1 cup nonfat mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup bacon bits
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded carrots
  • 1 cup frozen peas, thawed
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, diced onions, thawed peas, bacon bits, and Parmesan cheese.
  2. In a small bowl, mix nonfat mayonnaise, salt, pepper, and sugar until well blended.
  3. Pour the mayonnaise mixture over the cabbage mixture.
  4. Mix well to coat all ingredients evenly.
  5. Chill the coleslaw for several hours before serving.
