Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup skim milk
  • 2 unsalted beef bouillon cubes
  • 3/4 cup plain low-fat yogurt
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise-type salad dressing
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup green onion, chopped or 2 tablespoons onion flakes

Instructions

  1. Mix skim milk and bouillon cubes in a blender until the bouillon dissolves.
  2. Add remaining ingredients, except onion, and blend at high speed until smooth.
  3. Stir in chopped green onion or onion flakes.
  4. Use as a dip for raw vegetables.
