- Cut up the round steak into serving-sized pieces.
- Mix flour, paprika, and chopped onions in a bowl.
- Roll the steak pieces in the flour mixture.
- Brown the coated steak pieces on both sides in a skillet.
- Pour 1 1/2 cups water into the skillet with the steak and simmer until tender.
- In a separate pot, bring 1 cup water and chicken soup to a boil.
