Ingredients

  • 8 red skin potatoes
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 onion
  • oil
  • Pam spray

Instructions

  1. Cut the potatoes into slices with the skin on.
  2. Place the sliced potatoes on the bottom of a piece of aluminum foil sprayed with Pam.
  3. Slice the green pepper and onion and place them on top of the potatoes.
  4. Pour oil all around the ingredients in the foil packet.
  5. Close up the foil tightly and place it on a grate over an open fire to cook.
