Ingredients

  • 6 oz. instant stuffing (chicken flavor) or 3 cups from canister
  • 2 cups cooked and cubed chicken or turkey
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 4 oz. can sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 2 cups frozen cut broccoli
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 cans condensed golden corn soup

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the instant stuffing as directed on the package.
  3. Spread the prepared stuffing evenly on the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch (23 x 33 cm) baking pan.
  4. Sprinkle cooked and cubed chicken or turkey over the stuffing.
  5. Add chopped onion, drained sliced mushrooms, and frozen cut broccoli over the meat.
  6. Sprinkle shredded Cheddar cheese on top of the vegetables.
  7. Pour undiluted condensed golden corn soup evenly over all ingredients.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes until hot and bubbly.
