Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups plain low-fat yogurt
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup celery seed
  • 1/2 teaspoon Hungarian sweet paprika
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 8 chicken breast halves, boneless and skinless
  • 2 cups fine bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine yogurt, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, celery seed, paprika, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place chicken breasts in the mixture and turn to coat evenly.
  3. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator overnight.
  4. Remove chicken from the marinade and coat each piece with bread crumbs.
  5. Arrange the coated chicken breasts on a shallow baking dish.
  6. Bake uncovered at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes or until juices run clear and chicken is tender.
