Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 1 green pepper, diced
  • 1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can vegetable soup
  • 2 to 4 cans water
  • 2 c. uncooked macaroni

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef, minced onion, and diced green pepper in a large pan or Dutch oven.
  2. Add the cream of chicken soup, vegetable soup, water, and uncooked macaroni to the pan.
  3. Cover and simmer for about 45 minutes, stirring occasionally until the pasta is cooked and flavors meld.
