Ingredients

  • 2 tsp. fresh dill
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 lb. salmon filet
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 cube chicken bouillon
  • 3 Tbsp. water
  • 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 4 Tbsp. green onions
  • 1 lemon

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle dill, salt, pepper, and garlic powder over the salmon and place in a shallow pan.
  2. Mix brown sugar, chicken bouillon, oil, soy sauce, and green onions to make the marinade.
  3. Pour the marinade over the salmon, cover, and chill for 1 hour, turning once.
  4. Drain and discard the marinade.
  5. Place the salmon on the grill over medium heat.
  6. Top the salmon with lemon slices and onion rings.
  7. Cover and cook for 15 minutes or until the fish is done.
