Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 3 large potatoes, pared and diced
  • 1 (16 oz.) can cream-style corn
  • 1 can condensed beef broth
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef and chopped onion; drain off the fat.
  2. Add the cream-style corn, condensed beef broth, chopped potatoes, salt, and pepper; mix well.
  3. Cover and cook over low heat for 20 to 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
