Ingredients

  • 4 lb. Ricotta cheese
  • 1 pt. whipping cream
  • 4 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
  • watermelon rind
  • red cherries
  • block chocolate

Instructions

  1. Cream the ricotta cheese until smooth.
  2. Whip the whipping cream until soft peaks form.
  3. Add the confectioners sugar to the whipped cream and mix well.
  4. Mix the cheese and whipped cream together until well combined.
  5. Cut the cherries, watermelon rind, and chocolate into very fine pieces.
  6. Add the chopped cherries, watermelon rind, and chocolate to the cheese and cream mixture and mix thoroughly.
