Ingredients

  • 2 tsp cornstarch
  • 2 Tbsp water
  • 1 (10 oz) package frozen raspberries, thawed and drained
  • 1 cantaloupe, peeled and cut into 8 wedges
  • 1 qt vanilla ice cream, scooped into 8 balls

Instructions

  1. Combine cornstarch and water in a saucepan; stir well.
  2. Add the thawed and drained raspberries to the saucepan.
  3. Cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens slightly.
  4. Allow the raspberry sauce to cool before serving.
