Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 48 oz. can V-8 juice
  • 1 pkg. mixed vegetables

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef with chopped onion, then drain excess fat.
  2. Add cream of celery soup, cream of mushroom soup, and V-8 juice to the beef mixture and bring to a boil.
  3. Add mixed vegetables and cook for 2 hours or longer.
  4. If using a slow cooker, cook on low for 8-10 hours.
