- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Combine margarine, brown sugar, and water in a microwavable dish and heat thoroughly to make the syrup.
- Use 2 tablespoons of melted margarine to grease a fluted tube pan.
- Cut the biscuits in half and roll them in cinnamon sugar (1/2 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon).
- Layer some syrup in the bottom of the tube pan, then add some of the coated biscuit halves.
- Repeat the layering of syrup and biscuit halves several times.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
- Immediately invert the pan onto a large platter to serve.
