Ingredients

  • 1 lb. beef
  • 1 lb. pork
  • 1 lb. potatoes
  • 1 lb. carrots
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. oil

Instructions

  1. Season beef and pork to taste; let stand for 1 hour.
  2. Heat oil in a pot; add the meats.
  3. Brown and cook, adding hot water, for 30 minutes.
  4. Add potatoes, carrots, green pepper, and red pepper; cook for another 30 minutes.
  5. Add dumplings and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
  6. Serve hot with vegetables or white rice.
