Ingredients

  • 2 lb. lean ground beef
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 3/4 cup condensed milk
  • 2 Tbsp. whole peppercorns
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. powdered onion
  • 1/2 tsp. powdered garlic
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, eggs, bread crumbs, flour, condensed milk, peppercorns, salt, powdered onion, powdered garlic, and Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  4. Form the mixture into 1-inch diameter balls.
  5. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a greased baking dish.
  6. Bake for approximately 30 minutes or until the meatballs are browned and cooked through.
