Caring Casserole
A comforting sweet potato casserole with pineapple and marshmallows, perfect for holidays or family gatherings, blending sweetness and cinnamon warmth for all to enjoy.

Instructions
- Combine sweet potatoes, brown sugar, salt, cinnamon, beaten egg, melted margarine, and drained crushed pineapple in a large bowl. Mix well.
- Place half of the mixture in a greased casserole dish.
- Spread 1 cup of miniature marshmallows evenly over the mixture.
- Add the remaining mixture on top of the marshmallows.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes.
- Remove from oven and add the remaining marshmallows on top.
- Bake for an additional 10 minutes until marshmallows are golden.
