Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 6 grated carrots
  • 1 c. tomato juice
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1 c. crackers, crushed

Instructions

  1. Mix the ingredients in the order given.
  2. Grease a shallow pan. Place mixture in pan and bake 1 hour at 350°.
