Ingredients

  • 2 medium carrots, finely shredded
  • 1/2 (8 oz.) container reduced-calorie cream cheese (soft-style)
  • 3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp. fines herbes, crushed
  • 1 small cucumber
  • 1/4 c. Grape-Nuts cereal

Instructions

  1. Stir together carrots, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese and fines herbes in a small mixing bowl.
  2. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour or overnight.
