Carrot Walnut Bread

- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray a loaf pan with Baker's Joy or non-stick spray.
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, chopped walnuts, sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Mix until well blended.
- Stir in shredded carrots, milk, oil, and egg just until moistened.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
