Sweet and crunchy Choco-Nut Bars combine chewy raisins, nutty cereal nuggets, peanuts, marshmallows, shredded coconut, peanut butter, and chocolate chips for a delightful treat suitable for all ages.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup dark raisins
  • 3 ounces ready-to-eat crunchy nutlike cereal nuggets
  • 1/2 ounce unsalted shelled roasted peanuts, chopped
  • 1/2 ounce mini marshmallows
  • 2 teaspoons shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup chunky peanut butter

Instructions

  1. Soak raisins in warm water to cover until plumped; drain, discarding liquid.
  2. Line a 9 1/4 x 5 1/4 x 3-inch loaf pan with wax paper, allowing ends of paper to extend over sides of the pan.
  3. Set aside.
