Ingredients

  • 20 oz. can vegeburger
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1 cup raw cashews
  • 2 cans mushroom soup
  • 1 can water
  • 3 Tbsp. oil
  • 1/2 cup rice
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Mix vegeburger, diced celery, raw cashews, mushroom soup, water, oil, cooked rice, garlic salt, and soy sauce well.
  2. Pour the mixture into a 2-quart casserole dish.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
