  3. Place flour on a plate.
  4. Place crushed crackers on another plate.
  5. Take fish fillets and coat with flour.
  6. Dip floured fillets into the beaten eggs until covered.
  7. Bread the fillets with crushed crackers.
  8. Heat oil in a medium-high frypan.
  9. Cook fillets in the oil, turning when golden brown on each side.
  10. When both sides are golden, place fillets on paper towels to drain.
