Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon chives
  • dash seasoning salt
  • 2 pounds fresh catfish fillets
  • 1/2 pint frozen strawberries with sugar, thawed
  • 1 pint fresh strawberries
  • 2 tablespoons Key lime juice
  • 1 lime
  • 2 tablespoons slivered almonds

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine the white wine, orange juice, margarine, pepper, chives, and seasoning salt.
  2. Place the catfish fillets in the mixture and simmer for about 10 minutes or until opaque.
  3. Remove the cooked fish from the liquid and serve with strawberries, lime, and almonds as desired.
