Ingredients

  • 3 (10 oz.) packages frozen broccoli or 2 bunches fresh broccoli
  • 1 can cream of shrimp soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary
  • 1 cup sautéed onions
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. Cook the broccoli in salted water until tender, about 3 minutes.
  2. Drain the broccoli and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, mix the cream of shrimp soup, sour cream, rosemary, and sautéed onions.
  4. Combine the soup mixture with the cooked broccoli.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  6. Top with bread crumbs.
  7. Melt butter and pour over the bread crumbs to brown.
  8. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
