- Cream butter, sugar, and light brown sugar together.
- Add beaten eggs and vanilla extract to the mixture.
- Sift together and stir in flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda.
- Add ground oatmeal to the mixture.
- Mix in chocolate chips, crushed Hershey bar with almonds, and pecans.
- Roll the dough into golf ball-sized portions and place on a cookie sheet 2 inches apart.
- Bake at 370°F (188°C) for 5 minutes.
- Press each cookie down from a ball to a pancake shape.
- Bake for an additional 7 minutes until golden.
- Store the dough in the refrigerator for a few days if desired.
