Ingredients

  • 1 large head cauliflower
  • 1 bunch broccoli
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • 3/4 to 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 (1.4 oz.) package buttermilk Ranch dressing
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar

Instructions

  1. Break cauliflower into flowerets.
  2. Wash cauliflower thoroughly.
  3. Remove stalks from broccoli and wash.
  4. Chop green onions.
  5. Combine cauliflower, broccoli, and green onions in a large bowl.
  6. Toss vegetables gently to mix.
  7. Combine mayonnaise, buttermilk ranch dressing, sugar, and white vinegar in a separate bowl; mix well.
  8. Pour dressing over vegetables, tossing gently to coat.
  9. Cover and chill overnight before serving.
