Ingredients

  • 4 to 6 pork chops
  • 1 can cream of celery or cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 1 (8 oz) can biscuits
  • 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning

Instructions

  1. Fry the chops until browned and cooked through.
  2. Place the cooked chops in a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream of celery or chicken soup, chopped celery, salt, pepper, egg, and poultry seasoning.
  4. Mix all ingredients well until thoroughly combined.
  5. Cut each biscuit into 10 to 12 pieces.
  6. Stir the biscuit pieces into the soup mixture one at a time until evenly coated.
  7. Spoon the biscuit mixture over the chops in the baking dish.
  8. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 1 hour until bubbling and golden.
