- 3 tablespoons reserved peach or pineapple juice
- 1 tablespoon sugar ⓘ
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Combine the pudding mix, margarine, egg, and milk until smooth.
- Pour batter into a greased baking dish.
- Arrange sliced peaches or pineapple chunks over the batter.
- Beat softened cream cheese with sugar and reserved juice until smooth.
