Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 pepperoni
  • 1/2 green pepper
  • 1 (8 oz) mozzarella cheese
  • 1 small jar mushrooms
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 (14 oz) jar Prego spaghetti sauce
  • 1/2 cup rigatoni shells
  • 1/2 cup spiral macaroni

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef, then cook the rigatoni shells and macaroni until tender. Drain both pasta types.
  2. Mix the browned beef, chopped onion, diced green pepper, and sliced pepperoni into the Prego spaghetti sauce.
  3. Grease an 8x9-inch casserole dish.
  4. Layer the meat mixture, cooked pasta, shredded mozzarella cheese, and drained mushrooms in the dish.
  5. Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for about 30 minutes until bubbly.
