Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 3 1/2 cups spaghetti sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 2 cups small curd cottage cheese
  • 3 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 8 oz. lasagna noodles

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a 3-quart saucepan; drain excess fat.
  2. Add the spaghetti sauce and water to the beef.
  3. Simmer the mixture for about 10 minutes.
  4. Combine the remaining ingredients, except the lasagna noodles, to prepare the filling.
