- Grease and flour a tube pan.
- Coarsely chop walnuts and sprinkle them in the bottom of the pan.
- Mix cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, water, oil, and rum until well combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
- Bake at 325°F (160°C) for 1 hour.
- Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool before placing it on a serving plate.
