Ingredients

  • 8 thick lamb chops
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Season the lamb chops with salt and black pepper.
  2. Marinate the chops in a mixture of white wine, olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, for 4 hours or overnight.
  3. Drain the chops from the marinade.
  4. Grill the chops for 6 to 8 minutes on each side for medium rare (pink center).
