- Lightly flour the chicken breasts and fry in 4 tablespoons of butter until golden brown, about 5 minutes on each side.
- Place the cooked chicken in a warm oven to keep warm.
- Add the remaining 4 tablespoons of butter to the pan.
- Sauté the chopped green onions and pressed garlic in the butter.
- Add the Chardonnay wine and lemon juice to the pan.
- Simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
- Return the chicken to the sauce, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Serve the chicken with cooked rice.
