Ingredients

  • 6 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup Chardonnay wine
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 6 green onions
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 8 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cups cooked rice

Instructions

  1. Lightly flour the chicken breasts and fry in 4 tablespoons of butter until golden brown, about 5 minutes on each side.
  2. Place the cooked chicken in a warm oven to keep warm.
  3. Add the remaining 4 tablespoons of butter to the pan.
  4. Sauté the chopped green onions and pressed garlic in the butter.
  5. Add the Chardonnay wine and lemon juice to the pan.
  6. Simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
  7. Return the chicken to the sauce, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes.
  8. Serve the chicken with cooked rice.
