Ingredients

  • 1 lb. medium Cheddar, shredded
  • 1 c. mayo
  • 1 c. pecan pieces
  • 1 small chopped onion
  • dash of pepper
  • dash of cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients (cheddar, mayo, pecan pieces, chopped onion, pepper, cayenne pepper) and mix well.
  2. Lightly grease a 5 or 6-cup round mold with Pam or another spray product and place the mixture into the mold.
  3. Refrigerate the mold overnight.
  4. Place jelly or preserves in the center of the mold.
  5. Serve with crackers.
