Ingredients

  • 1 loaf Orowheat buffet rye bread
  • 2 c. grated Jack cheese
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • mayonnaise
  • Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Mix grated Jack cheese and thinly sliced green onions together with enough mayonnaise to spread.
  2. Add Worcestershire sauce to the mixture and stir well.
  3. Spread the cheese and onion mixture evenly on slices of rye bread.
  4. Place the coated rye slices on a baking sheet.
  5. Broil until bubbly and just beginning to brown, watching closely to prevent burning.
