Ingredients

  • 6 beaten eggs
  • 2 lb large curd cottage cheese, drained
  • 1/2 lb American cheese
  • 1/2 lb Brick cheese
  • 2 packages frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 stick butter
  • 8 Tbsp flour

Instructions

  1. Cut up the American cheese and Brick cheese into small pieces.
  2. Cut up the butter into small pieces.
  3. Mix the cheeses and butter together by hand.
  4. Add the thawed and drained chopped spinach to the cheese and butter mixture.
  5. Add the flour to the mixture.
  6. Stir in the beaten eggs.
  7. Mix well with a spoon until all ingredients are combined.
  8. Add salt to taste.
  9. Pour the mixture into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
  10. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour.
  11. Do not cover during baking.
  12. Serve hot or cold. Can be frozen for later use.
