Cheese Ball 'N Crackers

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/2 large green pepper, diced
  • 1/2 large yellow onion, diced
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 1/2 c. crushed walnuts

Instructions

  1. Mix the cream cheese, diced green pepper, diced yellow onion, and drained crushed pineapple together to form a large ball.
  2. Place crushed walnuts on waxed paper and roll the cheese ball in the nuts until completely covered.
  3. Refrigerate the cheese ball for at least 1 day to allow flavors to meld.
  4. Serve the cheese ball with crackers.
