Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese
  • 1 (2 1/2 oz.) jar dried beef
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 teaspoon Accent
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup chopped black or green olives
  • parsley
  • chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Let the cream cheese soften.
  2. Combine the softened cream cheese with dried beef, chopped green onions, chopped mushrooms, chopped olives, and Accent seasoning.
  3. Mix until well blended and form into a ball shape.
  4. Roll the cheese ball in chopped parsley or chopped pecans to coat.
