Ingredients

  • 8 oz. sharp cheese, grated
  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 2 1/2 cups self-rising flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper
  • Pecan halves

Instructions

  1. Cream the cheese and margarine together.
  2. Add the self-rising flour and ground red pepper to the creamed mixture.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Roll the dough into small balls.
  5. Flatten the balls on a cookie sheet.
