Cheese Blintzs

Instructions
- Trim crust from bread.
- Roll flat with rolling pin lightly. Beat together cream cheese, egg and sugar.
- Spread on bread and roll up.
- Roll in melted butter, then roll in sugar and cinnamon mix.
- Slice into 2 to 4 slices as desired and freeze on a cookie sheet.
- They can then be placed in a Ziploc bag.
- Bake as needed at 400° until done, 10 to 15 minutes.
