Ingredients

  • 6 to 9 pork chops
  • 1 can French onion soup
  • 6 to 9 slices American cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown the pork chops in a skillet; drain off the grease.
  2. Place the chops back into the skillet.
  3. Add the French onion soup to the skillet.
  4. Cover and simmer on low heat for 45 minutes or until the pork chops are tender.
  5. When tender, place two slices of American cheese on each pork chop and allow to melt before serving.
